Product serve it's purpose. Silica gel stones absord moisture and heat very quickly when put in hot water. Water needn't to be Boiled. I heated the water around 65-70 degree and then dipped the hot pack into hot water for around 5-10 min. Then I wrapped the hot pack in towel and used it. Better than gel hotpack or electric hot pack.

I wish the product was microwaveable. One has to boil it for every use. Otherwise the product is effective to use for it's purpose.
