Worked pretty much in rural and in London. My wife and I each got a physical simm card and each had a phone number that worked in the UK. Just register a day or so before you go and works on touch down at Heathrow. Mostly 4g data speeds, and I did a speedtest in Devon (west country) and it was like 80Mbs/30Mbs. So, not too bad and never ran out of data with the 40GB plan.

I used this SIM card in my recent UK trip. First of all, this is not a eSIM. I had to remove the original sim of my phone. Not so convenient. The calls and texting all worked fine. But the data was slow. Furthermore there was no signal in some of the areas.

Does not work with carrier locked phones. Does not state this in the documentation. Returned for refund.

Bought for my son who was abroad in England for 1 month after viewing the reviews. He found it very easy to install and worked right away. Definitely recommend.

2 stars. Ordering and delivery was speedy and price was accurate. However, they do not tell you anywhere that I can find that these will not work with an unlocked phone - meaning SIM unlocked. During activiation it does not tell you there is a problem only a generic "error message" that pops up. It took us in the middle of Heathrow after flying all night to figure out they were not going to work. Needless to say, not a great position and these were sent back for a refund.

I was able to send text via What’s Ap and send email to the US. But I wasn’t able to call locally in UK. It was a big disappointment and pain!

Just got home a few days ago from a Princess British Isles Cruise. It worked in all the UK countries perfectly. Would buy again if trip is ever repeated.
