can i use this one for less oil only just for 1 person eat LIKE AS 1 CUP OIL ?. i am need it can cook 2 things in same time but not much for myself. please help me idea . HOW MUCH LESS OIL I CAN USE ? I DO NOT LIKE EAT TOO MUCH OIL BECAUSE MY STOMACH IS NOT GOOD BUT I LOVE  TO EAT CRISPY FRYER THINGS. :)

Cooker is calibrated to use amount of oil indicated by the inside oil level ring.  Using less oil will keep the thermostat constantly cycling on and off since less oil provides less of the heat-sink effect and may cause food to cook at too high a temperature.  I filter my oil using a "de laminated" paper towel lining a tea strainer placed over a catch pot and discard oil once it becomes darkened - usually 3 - 5 uses (depending how much food is cooked each time).  Hope this helps...  PS:  If you have a bad stomach, do not use cheap oil.  Premium oils (Mazola, Peanut oil, etc.), will hold up better with less breakdown and may be easier on your stomach.

What's the size ( Diameter) of the actual Kettle that the oil goes in, looking for a fryer basket to fit?

Sorry Gary but this version doesn't come with a compatible fry basket. You would have to look at some different models. Also, you can reach out to the manufacturing company and see which models include the fry baskets.
