Protein and EAAs help support muscle recovery and maintenance, while micellar casein digests more slowly than whey protein, making it a convenient protein option for nighttime and between meals. Each serving is an excellent source of magnesium and zinc, providing 85mg of magnesium and 11mg of zinc. With 0.5–1g of fat and 1–2g of sugar per serving, it can fit into a variety of daily nutrition goals. Mix one scoop (33–34g) with 8–14 fl oz of cold water, milk, or another beverage. Stir, shake, or blend until dissolved. Enjoy 30–60 minutes before bed or anytime to help increase your daily protein intake as part of a balanced diet and exercise program. Review: Great stuff - This chocolate casein powder is pretty tasty. It is grainy, but that is expected. It mixes well in room temp water with a shaker bottle, even with the collagen protein and Greek yogurt added in. Zero clumps. Then ice added after because all protein powders are best cold. Just an FYI for those that do not know, the extra space in the container is required for filling (headspace) otherwise there would be a giant mess when filling, then it settles due to movement. You're still getting the full weight of product. It's by weight, not volume. You’re leaving all those reps on the table. Remember, explosive out but a controlled return. 12 shake reps should take you 45 seconds if you’re doing it right. And breath. Contract. Feel the muscles. Quit leaving those reps on the table. **Q: does this have gluten in it** A: Although it maybe doesn't have gluten, people with gluten sensitivities or Celiac Disease should avoid the enzyme, Casein. I have Celiac Disease and this would "kill" me! **Q: My container did not have a scoop in it. How much powder to I use for a shake?** A: It's approximately a 1/4 of a cup (not exactly), but I'd bet there's a scoop in the bottom of the container somewhere, they sometimes sink to the bottom of the container... It's placed in these containers by a computer system, not a person so chances of a mistake are minimal. **Q: Does anyone know if this is 100% Micellar?** A: No, it has calcium caseinate as the second protein source. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stuff *by L***N on September 19, 2026* This chocolate casein powder is pretty tasty.
