This expansion is a great addition to Catan Seafarers. It allows more players to join the game without losing the fun and strategic elements that make Catan so enjoyable. The components are high quality and match the original game perfectly. Setup is easy, and it adds even more excitement and replay value for larger groups. If you regularly play with five or six people, this expansion is definitely worth it. Highly recommended for any Catan fan!

Seriously; whose idea was to sending a box item without any covering (like a plastic wrap?). It came from USA to Europe and mostly damaged from outside. Lets move to 6th edition review... As someone who also has 5th edition of main game and seafarers but rest with 6th edition, I honestly didn't like 6th.. the graphics looks cheap and cartoonish, the overall box material is also not sturdy like previous ones, it is also another reason why it is heavily damaged/unusable. The game book is also not friendly and changed some rules (search online for the detailed changes). Developers tried to do a re-marketing by revamping the illustrations, even changing the background of the cards and player pieces (Yes! the card backs are not matching between 5th and 6th edition, also the 5-6 player extension player piece is changed from Brown to Purple, so careful, you may need replacement stuff like us..) , but instead everything looks& is lower quality, does not worth the money. Go for 5th edition if you have chance.. it looks much better/more playable/durable.

Only giving this a 3 star rating as I didn't like the fact that the instruction booklet is folded in half. I'm a very particular when it comes to my Catan products, and the fact that they made a beautiful booklet, then folded it is mind blowing to me. I guess the other reason for the 3 star rating is the fact that this expansion really doesn't include that much compared to the others. Have always felt this one should be cheaper in price

This 5-6 Seafarers expansion came exactly as expected with the box in nice condition and all of the pieces included. Just be aware of course that with any Catan expansions, this set is only for the 5th and 6th player, and you need to get the actual larger Seafarers expansion before you get this one, because that one will contain the main pieces as well as the first four players’ pieces. Perfect condition and got to me quickly!

Everything within the box was as per product description however, the way it was packaged very poor. Initial item was returned due to the box being damaged so then a replacement item was requested. We received the replacement without it being packaged into a bag with all the labels stuck on the box. This was VERY poorly handled and we are extremely disappointment as this was intended to be a gift.

This product really shouldn't exist. The regular seafarers should accommodate 6 players

Another great expansion set, more players and bigger came board = more fun

Just a heads up for anyone that isn't aware (like I wasn't). In order to play Catan seafarers expansion with 5 or 6 players you'll also need Catan base game, Catan 5-6 player expansion and Seafarers base expansion. Yes, that's 4 boxes altogether including this one. To be fair, this 6th edition artwork and components are excellent but don't make the mistake I did and assume this was the Seafarers and 5-6 player expansion as well. This is just the 5-6 player expansion for the Seafarers base game. Great quality, I can't fault it...
