The concept of the product is better than the application, the Bluetooth was weak and every time I turned the hatch on for unwind it wasn’t what I chose and the colors are wrong so it made me get up out of bed walk to where I put my phone and change it. I had to do that so many times in a night. It defeated the whole purpose of the product

I’ve been loving my Hatch Restore 3 and all the options it offers for both winding down at night and waking up in the morning. One of my favorite features is the bedtime routine. Instead of trying to go straight from a busy day to sleep, the Hatch helps create a calming transition with guided wind-down activities, sound baths, and nature sounds. The Unwind setting has become a nightly favorite. It’s so relaxing and really helps me slow down before bed. The biggest game changer for me has been waking up. I’ve always struggled with hitting snooze and sleeping through alarms, but the gradual sunrise light makes such a difference. Even if I snooze the alarm, the light stays on, and that’s what truly helps wake me up naturally. My mornings feel much less stressful and rushed. I also love that the Hatch Restore 3 looks beautiful on my nightstand. The sound quality is great, the lighting options are gorgeous, and everything feels thoughtfully designed. I’m currently using the subscription and have enjoyed exploring all the content available, but I’m also curious to see what features are included without it. Overall, the Hatch Restore 3 has helped me build better sleep habits and wake up feeling more refreshed. It’s one of those products that quietly becomes part of your daily routine, and now I wouldn’t want to be without it.

We’ve been using the Hatch Restore 3 for a few months now, and I can confidently say it’s made a huge difference in how I wake up each morning. There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, just because there are so many lighting and sound options to explore! It’s really customizable and easy to tailor to your own routines and preferences. Where it’s really been a lifesaver is during the winter months here in Canada. Waking up in the pitch black is brutal, but the gentle sunrise feature has made those mornings so much more bearable. It feels way more natural and less jarring than a regular alarm. Bonus: even our dog loves it! As soon as the wind-down music and soft “northern lights” colours come on at night, he trots over and settles in. Highly recommend this clock for anyone looking to improve their sleep routine—especially if you live in a place with long, dark winters.

Very disappointing. The hardware is good but the app is unusable. There is a lot of potential in this product but they will only realise it when they throw out the current app and rebuild it with ease of use and flexibility in mind. Honestly this industry is begging for a competitor to come in and show us how this can be done well. Unfortunately Hatch is not that (yet? 🤞). I'd love to return my Hatch 3 and wait for that competitor, maybe they never come but this $200 disappointment is not bringing me any joy.
