Last year I really struggled with prickly heat when on holiday in Turkey on my feet and knees. This year, I took this product with me hoping to delay the prickly heat as long as possible. I had none for the first two days of using (only applied morning and evening). On day 3, i started to get prickly heat but I was able to use this every hour at the pool. Within 20 minutes you could see the difference. I’d then apply in the evening and had no itching or burning sensations at all. The product is AMAZING and I will not go away without it. Whilst I still got prickly heat, this product delays and soothes - absolute essential!

Such a tough review... I originally purchased this as a cooling spray. I guess it kinda of is however... The scent of this spray is soooo overpowering like it takes your breath away powerful. However, it cools well, and the Mrs got prickly heat while we were away and it was extremely effective! There's not alot in the can and there's probably enough for 6 or 7 applications? So value for money is a tough one to gauge as it works very well for itch relief sooo... Overally if you're looking for something to relieve prickly heat for 45 mins and cool then yes this is a good product!

Does the job.calming skin slowly, within few days, not so quick as others sprays.but awful smell.. like proper chemical spray. Defo needs to be used in well ventilated room.

I bought this as after being out in the Sun. I suddenly developed an itchy sore rash that I’ve not had before. It was extremely uncomfortable. I looked online for something to help treat it and came across this. Not only does it treat it you can spray on before you go out in the Sun to prevent heat rash. I’ve been using it all summer now and I’ve not had any heat rash since would highly recommend. definitely take on holiday with you and definitely have at home for in the garden Sunny it’s really cooling and refreshing. Definitely recommend

I suffered with prickly heat really bad on my last holiday so brought this to try this year. Absolute amazing stuff, my prickly heat didn't flare up at all!!! Really nice on the skin and nice scent. I’ll be buying this for sure in years to come!!

This is an absolute lifesaver. I've suffered from prickly heat rash for years and it always spoils my holiday. I initially used this only at night after I'd showered, I did get prickly heat. So I started applying it over my suncream during the day. The prickly heat disappeared!!!!! I also exfoliated every evening with a soap sponge, so I'm unsure if it was the combination, so from now on I'll do both. This will be a holiday staple for me from now on.

This is very good. Cools and treats the affected aria. Unfortunately it tends to leek part of the contents while applying it to the skin
