Love it BUT switching it on and off has a learning curve for sure. Anything else wrong is user error, I need to learn how to style my hair better., lol

After reading reviews and searching for my “high end” straightener I thought this was the perfect fit. Sadly it fell flat! Lol. I have been using a drug store iron and wanted to upgrade. I had been told by many people that T3 was the best. This iron is just not it. I found it clunky and awkward to hold. It’s also a bit heavier than other high end straighteners that I had held in different stores. I also found that my hair got caught a LOT in the mechanism. I have very fine, thin blonde hair and was hoping that where other reviews stated that it didn’t “glide through smoothly” that maybe they had used the iron wrong or had a different hair type but they were right. I did not find this iron was easy to glide through my hair. I also didn’t find that it kept my hair straight. I do have a natural wave to my hair which returned just a few hours after ironing my hair. My hair is healthy and I do use a heat protectant on my hair. I also didn’t use it on the highest setting. I used both the lower setting and the mid setting. This is also not a user friendly iron. You really have to read through the directions to maximize its efficiency. It does offer different strength of heat based on your hair health but to actually be able to use that feature took me embarrassingly too long and was just not worth it. It also features a lot of heat variation which is a plus, but again after attaining the proper hair texture part to try and mess with the temperature had me all kinds of annoyed. Lastly I love the color of this iron but because of all the reasons listed above I just don’t see the value for what you pay for this iron. Skip this one and grab one that is more user friendly and better for your hair.

Really solid flat iron. Works so well and easy to maneuver. Heats up fast.

I think the flat iron works well but it’s incredibly difficult to change the heat setting. I curl my hair on a temperature that’s too hot because I can’t remember how to turn the flat iron down smh. Even when I pull out the directions it takes me a couple of tries to adjust the temperature.
