I love this thing! I had one that I used until it died and this was my replacement. It was also cheaper than my original. I’ve not needed to freeze it yet, because the gel stays cool enough on its own, although it doesn’t retain heat as well as my previous one. I think that’s due to the gel in this one being a little thinner, because I can still sort of see light coming through. It has a better fit with more compression than my last one, so it stays in place if I fall asleep without taking it off. However, that does mean it’s a little harder to put on. But this one has gel all the way around, rather than just at the front, so it’s able to truly help.

A good product which could help relieve headaches and stress after a long day. Retains te.perature hot or cold for decent amount of time.

Changing my review from 5 to 2, after ten days the gel gets overlapped and unable to even it evenly... not comfortable as its bulged and onnone side and bulged the other

It stays in place even if I’m lying on my side, and the coverage around the temples and forehead is perfect.

The item inreceived is fake , very loose and weak, and pink colored. Looks like a underwear.
