This saved my kitty.
This medication has gotten my kitty (age 13), off expensive vet Rx medication which didn’t work. Now my cat has gained enough weight, from 2.5 kilo to 4 kilo in a year. She is considered healthy, and I can say very happy, playful, and full of energy. I’m very pleased with this medication. I recommend, due to its low price, you at least give this a try, if your kitty is not accepting your vet’s Rx compounded Thyroid medication mixed with food. I thought my cat was a goner. This was my last shot, and it worked. It’s not a fast fix, but it works. Don’t wait until the last minute. Thyroid medication makes your cat itchy, as will this. I have reduced the amount a bit, but 18 months after a weight of 2.5 kilos, I’m so happy that I still have my cat, Ebony, already rescued once. If you’re at the end of your rope, please try this. It saved my cat. My experience. Gail

Was skeptical, but happily surprised
I read a lot of reviews about their cats dying after this medication (which I wondered if the cat was too far in for treatment before taking this medication), reviews that the product was homeopathic and wouldn't work due to no placebo effect with animals and some reviews from people who were recommended this by their vet for pets with sensitivities. I didn't want to take my cat to the vet as she's already anxious and easily stressed and she hates the vet office to the point of shaking when she's there. She's 12 years old and I recognized the beginning of hyperthyroidism. She's always been a small cat, never above 6 pounds, so the weight loss was hard to tell on her. Her back fur kept balding from overgrooming and her nose fur started to go which really got me paying attention. I noticed she was peeing more often and drinking a ton of water, her sister had this issue and she ended up dying not long after I realized the issue so I started looking into treatment at home besides home cooked meals. I started this cautiously, 1 pill for about 7 days just to see how she reacted to it. She was fine, no real issues. I finally started the 2 pill recommended dosage after establishing she wasn't going to have a reaction to the medication and within about 2 weeks I noticed changes already. She stopped scream meowing constantly, she was less aggressive about food and she toned down on the water. I have started giving her 2 pills at the same time every day so I don't forget and she's doing well with that for the last 1.5 weeks. It's been probably near a month and her hair on her back is growing back, the nose is unchanged, but her weight is back to normal and she's back to playing with my other cat rather than lashing out at her randomly. You get a lot of medication in a glass bottle so that's an amazing sign of quality and the results have sold me. This won't cure her, but it will help her stay herself until it's eventually her time to go and I'm grateful for the time this medication is giving us.

Bien

Seems to be working
I would wait another week or two to leave my review, but I wanted to give those starting out using this product a little advice I discovered the hard way. Don't start off with the two pills right away. My cat is a feral, so I have no idea how old he is or what other health issues he may have. He does exhibit every sign of hyperthyroidism. Regular vets don't see ferals and the feral clinics don't run thyroid panels. So, anyway, I started out on the one pill/daily for a few days then increased it to two. Then he slowed way down. I thought he was coming to the end of his 9 lives, but didn't relate it to the medication, since he was old and was symptomatic before the medication. I sat and brushed him and talked to him and cried quite a bit. He didn't get the medication that day. By the time I woke up the next morning, he was back to his old mean self. He didn't get the medication the next day either while I decided whether to continue with it or not. I did continue but cut back to one pill a day. His constant pacing stopped. His constant howling stopped. He only howls now when he wants to eat. Before the pills he would just pick at his food. Now he eats a whole can. He wasn't just shedding before, but was losing giant clumps of fur. His tail is almost bare, and it was a big fluffy tail. There are no more giant balls of fur on the floor. I don't know if these will extend his life, since I don't know his age, history, or condition, but they do appear to make it less miserable. It's too soon to see if he will put on weight, but at least he isn't agitated. He hasn't tried biting or clawing me for days and that was a daily occurrence. I had to wear gloves when I entered the room. I don't have to now. This is only after a week of using the pills.

Unsure
Didn't work for my 17 year old but that's not to say it doesn't work for others.
