**Q: What's the taste of Broccoli Sprouts?**
A: It wasn’t the broccoli taste I was expecting. They were very bitter. And when I questioned the seller twice actually, they never replied with an answer. I even sent them pictures that they requested and I never heard back from them. I would suggest a different seller.

**Q: Why are they not organic?**
A: Doesn’t say it’s organic. Only says non-gmo, high germination. HTH

**Q: can these be sprouted in a mason jar (without dirt)?**
A: Yes. They sprout in just water and are better without using dirt because then you can eat all of it. Just rinse off some of the seed casings. Sprouting lids for mason jars (sold on Amazon) work great.

**Q: How many oz of seeds in each batch?**
A: I use 2 tablespoons in a large mason jar.
