It works for me.
A simple elastic band that is well made from good quality material. I have been using it for 15 minutes everyday to try and get some consistency in my swing. So far so good. I feel that I am following a better swing path that is more consistent. This is increasing my confidence which in turn allowing me to be more ambitious on the course. An excellent training aid.

Great aid that’s not expensive
I’ve suffered from keeping arms and toes connected for years. Tried all the old recommended fixes with little success. This aid I feel is the answer. From the first moment I tried it I was pleasantly surprised. I could definitely feel what I’d been searching for. Now I understand how it should feel I look forward to taking the feeling to the range and then to the course. I’m optimistic!
