Need help sleeping? These work! Taste good, too!

I usually buy the caramel orange, and it tastes great, but I couldn't find it on Amazon this time so I tried the newer one that was berry. The flavor was not good. I actually spit the first one out. I may update the review after I see how effective it is.

Love this product. I have used calm gummies faithfully for many years but I am replacing them with this. Much better cost & taste wise (not all that sugar coating) and they are just as effective at calming and helping with sleep. Only takes two instead of 4. Very very happy to find these. Also convenient for travel since they are individually wrapped, though not a selling point for me personally. It perhaps helps keep them fresher though. Hope they don't also become cost prohibitive in time..

We take our magnesium before bed. It helps with relaxation & seems to prevent muscle cramps. Unfortunately - this tastes quite good - which means that my overactive sweet tooth gets a nudge before bed. Not a good thing.🤣 So we’re back to capsules.

These are chews. I chew one each night and my sleep is very restful. I get 7/8 hours a night. Will definitely reorder!

If you have trouble sleeping sometimes your low on magnesium lower by few dollars then Walmart

Not the usual magnesium supplements I buy. I bought this bc I was offered more for less than my usual purchase, but I honestly don’t think it’s worth the change. First of all, these chews taste horrible. They’re advertised as berry flavored, but taste & feel like chewing on candle wax, or perhaps a melted crayon. Secondly, the texture is tough, and not easy to chew at all. I’ll spend 3 whole minutes just chewing one gummy— and the recommended dose is 2 a day for adults! Thirdly, I’m not even sure these gummies actually work. I’ve been taking them every day for the last month, and I feel like my depression symptoms and whatnot have only gotten less manageable, and I’m somehow MORE stressed than I felt taking my old magnesium chews. I’m not convinced what I was sold is real, let alone even the same thing advertised on the container. The picture on the container shows thick, purple chews, but mine were thin, hard, and dark green. Honestly feel like I just wasted money on a bottle of nasty placebos.
