Been using it about 6 months. It definitely cuts down the urgency. Wasn't able to hold it for more than a minute before, and accidents happened. Now it's much less a problem. I wouldn't say my bathroom trips are less in number now. But at least I can get there.

I needed to reorder. Before I did, you sent me this opportunity to review. The product works. I haven't tried others. Was told this was the best. Always know if I stop taking it. Glad to not be taking so many trips to the bathroom.

These are expensive pills, so I looked for cheaper ones. I found mostly more expensive ones, sometimes several times more expensive. Rye pollen just isn't cheap. Subjectively, on taking the pills the feeling I had reminded me of when I took a "bee pollen" supplement long ago. A bit more aggressive male energy. (I'm a man.) In fact, I'm an old man with an enlarged but stable prostate. Sometimes I get up during the night, sometimes I don't, it usually depends on how much coffee I drank. So it won't be easy to document an improvement. But actually I do think I feel a reduction in urge to urinate. I didn't think I had any urge before, but now it's more relaxed and I have even less urge now! So I do think the pills are relaxing something. I don't know how rye pollen is supposed to work, but it might be doing something. I am surprised to say this, but I don't think I could pee now if I wanted to, even though I am drinking black tea.

It does loosen up the prostate a little, most of the time. If I had to place a percentage I would say it's about 20% better. I still have flare ups where it's not better at all. It's not a miracle supplement but any help is better than nothing.

I review myriad supplementals and unless they offer a positive or negative impact on my overall condition I feel a 3 star rating is appropriate. Neither bad nor good. I rarely find supplements to be efficacious and this one is the same. It's a little needy, asking you to take two pills three times daily. That's a serious charge and the only supplement I've reviewed in a long while that wasn't quotidien.
