Sinus Support EF, 100 Capsules

I get all kinds of migraines, weather, food, stress, etc. The weather in Texas has been really weird lately. Rain is teasing us, we have the barometric pressure going crazy and I have had a headache for 2 weeks. I have been taking my Ubrelvy every day, which is not healthy or good, I am a zombie with no life. A friend told me about Natures Sunshine Sinus relief, I figured I'd give it a try. I left work early last Thursday got home and saw my package on the porch, took 1 pill and laid down. In 30 min I noticed my breathing was clear, and with in 1 hour my headache was gone. Thinking it was just luck I thought I'd give it a week before I bragged about it. Today is day 8!!! Still no migraine, I also have more energy. My husband and my boss have noticed a change in my attitude saying I seem happier. When you are in pain every single day, you are not going to be in the best mood. I believe this has helped me get my life back. It says to take 2 with each meal. I have been taking 1 with each meal, if I feel a little off I take another 1. I am praying this continues to help me. I would Love to hear if any other Migraine suffers have tried this with luck and it continued to work.

Love the product, haven't had the need to take antibiotics, works great

I got this to help my youngest child with his constant sinus drainage and post nasal drip. As he is a stubborn teen, he won't use it for any length of time because he thinks he knows it all. Okay by me... I tried it when I got a head cold that wouldn't leave. HOLY SMOLY! This stuff is incredible! It took about 5 days, but my sinuses are nearly clear, and, for the first time in years, so are my ears- I can actually hear things!!!! I still have some blockage, but it won't be there for long, I am sure, and I feel wonderful. I have been stuffed up for so long that I had forgotten how wonderful it felt to breathe freely and have clear ears. I could actually feel my sinuses emptying, slowly but surely- an odd feeling, to be sure, but wonderful nonetheless. I would recommend that the pills be taken right before a meal. If you take it afterwards, you could end up "tasting" it, which isn't terrible but a bit of a bother. Also, if you want quick results, you won't get that with these pills. I am so very glad that I gave this product a try- it was worth every penny. I will be a customer as long as the ingredients aren't changed. I don't know why they would, as they have a winner in this product.

I have pretty severe allergies and used to take prescription allergy medicine daily. I moved to a different state and my allergies improved greatly. 8 years later some have started coming back and I refuse to go back on prescription allergy meds. I have tried every new natural remedy that comes out promising relief. This product does an excellent job of clearing up my allergy symptoms. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was you have to take 2 capsules 3 times a day. I would prefer once a day but am still grateful for a product that works as well as this one does.

Helps my sinus

This is a great product by Nature's Sunshine. Helps minimize congestion from cold and/or allergies. Please note that this product contains orange peel which is what makes this work so well but it can make you a little jittery and if you go to Nature's Sunshine website, it will give you more details on that. I only take 1 and it's sufficient for me to keep my sinuses clear without feeling off. You will need to experiment what works for you. I would recommend this product.
