The media could not be loaded. Unit arrived in a sealed box. The product has excellent built quality and the air flow has some really good power. Excellent for cleaning/ dusting electronic internals and other areas difficult to reach. Battery drains quickly on lvl 3. Charging takes around 30 mins. It's a really fun and useful tool...
