Great taste, great benefits. Just an overall well-made product. I love taking these with me while golfing or participating in any kind of outdoor activity. They help to keep you hydrated and your body full of electrolytes, so you are able to continue to perform at the level you expect. My whole family loves these! Just add to a bottle of water, shake it up, and enjoy. It mixes so easily, so there is never any leftover particles when you drink it. These are also great for when you are sick, or hungover. They restore hydration quickly, and taste great!

This is easily one of the best Liquid I.V. flavors I’ve tried. It really does taste like those classic red, white, and blue firecracker popsicles—super refreshing without being overly sweet. I use these after being out in the heat or when I just need to rehydrate, and they definitely make a difference compared to plain water. The mix dissolves easily and is convenient to keep on hand. Also like that it’s not just about taste—you’re getting a solid electrolyte boost. Each stick is designed to hydrate faster than water alone and packs a good amount of electrolytes.

Popsicle Firecracker is hands down my favorite flavor of Liquid I.V. We enjoy several of their flavors, but this one is for sure my top pick. My only complaint is it isn't sugar free, but man does it taste good. It's a perfect blend of sweet and a little tart. Mixes easily and simple to take on the go to use when needed.

Liquid I.V. works differently from regular flavored water — the electrolyte and carbohydrate ratio is designed to accelerate absorption rather than just flavor your hydration. We use it almost exclusively in our household. Of all the flavors I've tried, Popsicle Firecracker is by far my favorite. It genuinely tastes like the red-white-blue rocket pop popsicles, not like an approximation of them — which is harder to achieve than it sounds and not something every brand gets right. At 16 packets per pack it's a reasonable supply, and the powder dissolves cleanly in cold water.
