A great tasting stock to use when making miso soup and very convenient

Same brand my grandma used to make saimen. No one in my family buys any brand of dashi but this one. Super easy to dissolve, dump in some miso (and tofu and bonito flakes and maybe some rice if you have some, top with green onions for sure), and you have the perfect broth.

This is literally the only dashie anyone should ever use. Tastes great and is priced Right. This year is I can't find it locally anymore so I have to buy on Amazon but I will willingly buy and support daddy Bazo's
