I want to use the 5 oz size cups. Since they are wider than the 3 oz size, how does this unit accommodate the larger size?

I had the same problem, until I realized that I just needed to turn the dispenser upside down. One side is made for 3 oz cups.; the other side for 5 oz cups.

do the cups come out one at a time or does it not work properly and 2 cups or more come out at a time?

Some cups are just stuck together from the manufacturer. Nothing is going to change that.

How many cups does it hold?

I never did use this, the cups are too small.

what is the width of the dispenser?

A little bit wider than the diameter of a Dixie cups.

Double Sided for 2 Cup Sizes! Good dispenser!

OMG This thing is two-sided. Smaller cups go in from one side, the larger 5oz cups have to be loaded from the other side. I almost ordered a different dispenser because I was so upset my cups wouldn’t fit in the hole! Make sure if you have 5oz cups you insert from the “bottom” as they load opposite. Cute dispenser for the bathroom, genuine Dixie product. Good stuff!
