The kids love it! It took us about an hour to assemble. We still have to put on the led lights. The only thing that made it difficult was that nothing was labeled but my husband is a mechanic so he figured it out pretty easily.

We had some issues with the trampoline, but the company sent replacement parts.

The lights and sprinkler are so awesome!Took my husband and I about 4 hours to put it together. Be sure to have some tools on hand.It’s all worth it in the end! This thing is awesome!!

Thankfully, they managed to jump off in time and escape injury. However, the incident highlights a serious flaw in the product's design or manufacturing. It is absolutely unacceptable for a trampoline to break so easily, particularly within such a short period of use.While I understand that accidents can happen and even the best products can occasionally fail, the fact that this trampoline broke within just one day raises significant concerns about its quality and safety standards. It leaves me wondering if the manufacturer prioritized cost-cutting over ensuring a durable and secure product for children's use.I contacted customer service immediately to report the issue and express my concern. Their response was prompt and they offered a refund, but that does little to alleviate the disappointment and the potential danger my children faced. This trampoline turned out pretty good for our son! He loves the net and the basketball hoop so much that the sprinkler just ends up being a cherry on top. It was a little wonky at first on construction, but we noticed the tension from springing up the trampoline helped it all come together the right way, and it took about 3-4 hours with me and my wife. It comes in 2 separate boxes altogether.We were missing the 2 steps for our ladder, so I had to reach out to their customer service for them, and they had no problem sending us new pieces (albeit, without the screws needed to screw them into the ladder) that took about 2 weeks to show upThe only other problem we had was that the net broke after the first time zipping it, or the 6th tooth from the bottom just wasn't there in the first place, so reattaching would just make it split up on hitting that tooth, and they remedied this with a $20 credit, which is fine, but kind of a pain, considering it's 40 minimum for a new one on Amazon, and they could've just sent a new net.Overall, it's a nice trampoline, and the customer service were as helpful as they could be with the missing parts, so I appreciate them for that, just wish they could've done more for a net that seemed to be messed up when it arrived.

Was an Easter present and seems well made. So far so good.Nothing was missing. Came in two separate shipments.

Wasn’t the size I ordered. I ordered a 12ft and when it got here it was the smallest trampoline. Disappointing. The package was, however neatly packaged, no missing parts, fit together nicely and was easy to put together. I would recommend this company, but I’d also put an extra message in to be sure of what size you want.

I got this for my kids for Easter and they love. I can't get them off it. I highly recommend this product.
