I took 1 TBSP from each of the pouches (except the tomato powder) tossed them in the small crock with a box of veggie broth and a couple of TBSP of the sausage flavor soy protein. Cooked on high for 90 minutes and it made the most delicious vegan soup I’ve ever had. It had a lot of kick to it not sure if it was the jalapeños flakes or sausage protein. I did add some salt, pepper, cumin and Italian seasonings to the pot and a touch of fresh basil leaves when I served it. Very enjoyable and I can highly recommend these to anyone that wants to have them on hand to cook with.
