I personally did not care for these. It is very hard to make a keto replacement for any type of bread product. I'm bread is the most coveted food on the keto diet. And I hope someone comes up. With a delicious, tasty replacement for all things bret.

I bought the variety pack of Mr. Tortilla Low Carb tortillas. These made great quesadillas. They crisp up nicely and hold up well with fillings. My favorite is the 3 chilis tortillas. They're not spicy, but they have a really nice discernible flavor. Alot of keto tortillas are bland, but these are really tasty.

Make for nice dipping chips. Cut each into 6 triangles and put in the oven at 300 degrees for 10-15 mins. They are a bit too dry on their own but fantastic for nachos or other dips.

I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS PRODUCT. Because of my diabetic situation, I've had to swear off most carbs, which is probably my favorite food group. Some food products that say they're low carb, but is still made from wheat, must have something wrong with it because they still affect my blood sugar to the point that I can't eat them, Mr. Tortillas low carb tortillas isn't that. Happily so!!! I was so afraid of trying them the first time that I only ate two of them, using them as a wrap. I toasted them with cheese, put in some cold cuts and voila, I was able to eat a sandwich wrap!! I checked my blood sugar several hours later and NO EFFECT. YAY!!! The next day I ate four of them using them as wraps for Papa John's Papa bowls. Again, because I can't eat most carbs, I've had to give up pizza, but Papa John's did a heavenly thing and created Papa Bowls, which have all the toppings of a pizza but not any of the crusty carbs that poison my blood. Thank you, Papa John's!! Mr. Tortillas meets Papa bowls is one of the best creations I've ever come across. Wow!! I was so happy. So, anyway, yes, Mr. Tortillas low carb tortillas are awesome. They taste great and I can eat them without fearing blood sugar spikes and I can use them in so many different ways. I'm buying them in bulk now! :)

Initial use: The tortillas heated up quickly to a crisp texture in a few minutes in a small convection oven on low heat. I just wanted them warmed but converted from taco plans to tostada plans. I ordered the Pico de Gallo flavored tortillas and could not discern the flavor. Follow up: Next use, I wrapped tortillas in lightly sprinkled paper towels and heated in microwave for 20 seconds. Resulted in pliable, warm tortillas I made into mini tacos with chilli and cheese. Tortillas held up suprsingly well. Enjoyable meal.
