Great Gluten-Free & Low Sugar Alternative to my Favorite Guilty Please
I recently admitted to myself that I need to not only be gluten-free, but also cut out a lot of sugars and so I’ve been on the hunt for alternatives to my favorite treats! Gummy worms are my kryptonite and so when I heard about Rotten gummy worms, I had to give them a try! Despite their name, these gummy worms are quite delicious and juicy! They’re gluten free, have much less sugar than standard gummy worms, and also are gut-friendly with 4g of prebiotic fiber per serving. They also just taste really good! There’s a slight “dusty” texture to the outside, but after that it’s nice and juicy and the right consistency. I’m so happy I found a quality alternative to appease my sugar cravings!

The Flavor is AMAZING!!
I didn’t have high hopes for another low sugar, natural flavor, natural coloring candy. I have been let down time & time again. My daughter has a unique palette, she literally can taste the slightest hint of every ingredient. She hates “fake” or diet sugar, I cant sneak anything past that palette of hers. This makes finding “healthy” options IMPOSSIBLE!! After receiving the Sour gummy’s and the Gummy Cruncheez she ate 1/2 of each bag. I didn’t tell her anything was different about this brand, just it was a new gummy I wanted her to try. She had ZERO idea this was anything other than normal candy. She loved BOTH of them. Getting anything past her that is not 100% pure white sugar is award worthy. If you have someone that is BEYOND picky but loves junk food BUY THIS!! You will not regret it. Everyone else loves them also, but my daughter loving them is MIND BLOWING!!

Teenager and mom approved!
What drew me in was that this company uses fruits, veggies, and superfoods to color the candy! Ordered a two pack to share with the family - my 13 year old tried them, and said he wouldn't even have noticed they have less sugar than regular gummy candy. He came back again for more!My favorite part - the resealable bag! For at home but also for travel! We always take snacks with us on trips. Mostly because I don't want to spend the money at airports. Having a small, resealable treat is such a good idea! The candy itself is good! I like sour, and it was a good sour candy. The gummies weren't hard to chew or stale. Would buy again!

All in all, a fun, tasty treat that hits the spot without being too indulgent.
I hadn’t heard of these gummies until the seller reached out to me—and obviously, I had to try something called Rotten Gummies! I got the original flavor and was genuinely excited to give them a shot. Their main selling point is that they contain less sugar and are marketed as a more “gut-friendly” alternative to typical candy. Now, of course, it’s still candy—so some ingredients might not be 100% “healthy”—but if you’re craving something sweet without completely throwing your health off track, these are a pretty solid option. When I tasted them, I could immediately tell they weren’t overly sugary, but they still had that classic gummy worm vibe and really satisfied that sweet tooth. If you’re looking for pure sugary sweetness, these might not be for you. But honestly, as we get older (unfortunately), we kinda have to rethink what we eat.

We loved these!
Our family is on a mission to eat healthier, and as a family of sweet tooths, it’s been hard! To be completely honest, it’s near impossible to find something that is less sugar but still tasty to all of us.We tried the gummy worms this week and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how good they were without being loaded down with sugar. Our kids didn’t even notice a difference! If you’re looking for a snack that doesn’t leave you feeling guilty afterwards, these will hit the spot!

Shockingly Delicious!
I’m not really a big sour gummy person, but I was intrigued by them being a “healthier” version. These were surprisingly delicious! I actually think I like these better than the regular ones!! The flavor combos are perfect! My only complaints are that they are a bit expensive, so might be a once in a while treat rather than a regular treat, and they were a bit sticky in the package. This could just be from getting a little melty in the shipping. My guess is that they are probably not as sticky if you buy them in store. Regardless, they are very tasty!

Overall good but not amazing.
3.5 stars for me (rounded up to 4). I'm on a diet trying to take in less sugar and this was a decent way to cut down on sugar while still having a treat to eat once in a while. The sourness is pretty solid. The texture is less gummy and more natural organic gummy feeling. I would probably not order a big bag of these but maybe once in a while if I need a movie snack and want to have less sugar. Overall not terrible but not amazing.
