By chance I bought this a week before California's big storm and sprayed my yard. After we dried out my neighbor's yard started sprouting weeds. Everyplace I sprayed was weed free. I intend to keep using this product.

I love this stuff. will order again.

Note that this is for a refill so it does not come with a sprayer. Was not a super big deal because I had a sprayer. It seemed to kill the weeds after a couple days, but did not seem to last much longer than a month in some areas but other areas with bigger weeds, it did seem to last.

Great at killing everything except bermuda grass that gets into gravel. It will take at least three separate sprayings to kill any bermuda grass that gets into rock or gravel areas. It is great at killing everything else in one spraying and even kills unwanted self seeding woody plants that pop up.

Worked great and has stayed working for quite a while now. Will definitely use again!
