Important details: Your iMac will have a different OS than the description. I purchased two: one had Catalina and another had El Capitan. Catalina is perfect; El Capitan was buggy with Safari but I managed to pull up the link to download the correct upgrade. Once I upgraded, the second iMac was perfect. iMac is like new- no scratches no dents. The delivery was less than a week from purchase. Storage is 256gbs. Screen is clean, clear, bright, can adjust via settings. Packaged securely with bubbles wrapped around sides of iMac— it was literally meshed inside of the box so no matter how rough FedEx was with my shipment, the iMac was unbothered. Box came with iMac, power cord and a wireless keyboard and mouse. I it’s best to set up your iMac with a wired keyboard or at least a Bluetooth keyboard with usb wired attachment because it won’t read your Bluetooth without initial set up first. I purchased for my teens to finish out their last year of homeschool in prep of their high school diplomas. This is a perfect gift to push them along. I purchased two iMacs- if I can add a second photo once I set it up then I will. I purchased a different keyboard- my daughter liked mine so I got her the same one. If you want an iMac but don’t need all of the updates of a newer version, then get yourself one of these. They last a really long time. I have a 2014 version with external storage and it works just fine today. Seller will communicate with you if you have any questions about your shipment, like if there is a delay. Item is marked as shipped once payment is received so expect to see that a label was created pretty fast. Don’t be alarmed, the label was actually created and the seller is in the process of shipping your item. Ignore the reviews of previous buyers. Clearly things change and people either accept the errors and change them or not.. this is a good seller. You will get a good deal, not only in monetary value but in capacity of your chosen product as well. Think good things and good things will come you towards you. I’m happy with my purchase. I also added an image of the keyboard and mouse that came with the iMac.

Had computer for 6 months maybe used it 5-6 times and it went out! It turns on but won’t get past Apple logo screen. Really disappointed with purchase. So it’s been sitting for a year until I figure out what to to with it

Absolutely worth the purchase! I have no complaints at all!! This is good to know, the keyboard is Bluetooth so you will need a corded keyboard to set up your computer! I purchased the Apple mouse (refurbished) and Magic Keyboard (refurbished) too! Love this desktop and all the features. MUST BUY!! While some reviews stated you won’t be able to update the new IOS updates, I had no problems at all. It’s updated with the newest Apple updates since setting it up.

Excellent imac could have give 5 stars but the mouse doesn't work. Otherwise, great for the money and I love it!!
