I carefully measured the existing wheels and shaft length's, then spent a night searching for an in-stock replacement, comparing measurements in hopes that I could find something similar that I could make fit. I needed the parts quickly. I ordered them that night and received them the next day. The new wheels were a perfect match to what I needed. These came with hardware, including two different-length shaft sets. I cut the existing shafts off with a hack saw so that I could remove the old wheels. The install was easy. My luggage needed the longer of the two shaft length options that were provided. When assembling the parts, I used a little threadlocker gel on each screw.

Took a while before it was delivered, but product itself was fine.

I had an old American Tourister suitcase that had two of the wheels starting to basically fall apart. I had reached out to the company, but they no longer made those wheels, and the corner wheel assemblies had a unique mounting design where generic replacement wheels wouldn't fit. This kit was the perfect solution to avoid having to simply throw away the suitcase. Basically, you need a small hacksaw. I used a Stanley Utility Mini Hacksaw and it was perfect. You need to saw through the old wheel pins to remove them (unless you get lucky and have ones that are able to be unscrewed). Once you have them out, it is very easy to install the new ones. They provide two lengths of pins as well as washers to customize the fit. I a washer on either side of each wheel and the short pins and the fit was great. If these ever wear out, it will be much easier next time to simply unscrew the pins and put new wheels on. It took me probably 30 minutes from start to finish, and the first wheel definitely took longest to figure out how to do everything. Definitely recommend to fix broken wheels on older suitcases!

These wheels were a perfect replacement for my Samsonite hard shell luggage. It was a bit of work with a hacksaw to get the old wheels off, but it saved replacing an expensive suitcase.

Wheels were a good fit for my 4 year old Samsonite spinner that Samsonite support said were not available. Easy to intall, I grabbed the damaged wheel with vise grips and drilled out the end of the rivit. I spend probably 2 minutes on the entire repair but at least an hour looking for a replacement.

The wheels on my carryon broke and I replaced them with these. Removing the old wheels was the hardest part of the process. Installation of the new wheels was easy. The kit comes with two different sizes of wheel axles, the smaller size was perfect for my suitcase. So far I have used it three times and so far so good. I carry the wrenches with me just in case in the event that the wheels come apart, but so far I have not needed to use it, just I like to be prepared. These wheels replacement saved me from buying a whole new carryon which cost over $100.
