Works great requires a round hole with out the flat spot
Fit grill just had to modify grill hole since this requires round hole to fit, my grill hole head a flat side for lineup but I just filed it round

Good for thick grills
I built a home made grill out of quarter inch pipe, and the threads on this are long enough to go through the entire steel.

After a number of years the original thermometer on my Char-Broil grill stop working. This looked to be about the right size, so I ordered it. If you have a grill like this one, be aware that you will be either modifying the sconce on the front of the lid of the grill as I did, with a Dremel), or removing it completely. The reason is that this thermometer is fractionally larger in diameter than the stock item. Still worth it, and looks and seems to work very well. Recommended.

Some people can use this on ANY GRILL , just drill a hole !
Nothing to dislike about this product. This was used on a 25 year old SEARS grill, it will fit any grill , but you might have to drill a hole.

It is exactly what it looks like
We replaced the thermostat on an older bbq and the new one fit perfectly and works great and we will get a lot more years out of our bbq. Definitely worth the price.

Condensation buildup
Seems to be accurate but has water in the glass so it can't be read.
