I wanted the variety pack because our grocery store only carries about three flavors. 1/4 a teaspoon is considered a serving on the label. Each flavor has either 2 calories or 5 calories. The ones with a sweet flavor have 5 example is Carmel Corn and Kettle Corn. They all have zero fat, zero sodium, zero protein, Some have 1 sugar and some have 1 Carb it depends what flavor you use. I bought an air popper and I sprinkle this on the plain popcorn. **Q: How many servings are in a jar?** A: I have used the mini jars at least 20 times and there is still some left. **Q: are the containers bpa-free recycle code 1?** A: I'm not saying I've been everywhere or I've done everything but I do know this is a pretty amazing popcorn seasoning. No clumping and no issues with the consistency for me.So far, I’ve used it on a few different things, but my favorite is to mix it with cotta cheese and put it on rice crackers. I’m sure you could also mix this in with cottage cheese or plain protein yogurt as well.
