UPDATED REVIEW: Susie at Blonex contacted me and walked me though getting it working. They offered me a replacement even though we got it working. The problem was that I left it plugged in for many days past being charged and the battery over charged. After being unplugged for about 10 days it discharged and started working normally. I cleaned and polished 300 sqft of floor (until discharged). I recharged it and have used it again. The front nozzle is clogged but the motor runs. The problem is the cleaning agent I use is not their recommended fluid and is thick and sticky. This problem I caused. As I said in the review below, I prefer to use a hand sprayer separate from the machine so I don't used the sprayer. This machine is a great, great value and they have responsible customer service. "I bought this in mid January 2026. When I first got it I loved it. It does exactly what it says. Unfortunately after about 1 month of light use the sprayer stopped working. This didn't particularly bother me as I liked to use a spray bottle to spread cleaning and polishing fluid. Yesterday, May 21 2026, it stopped working. It does not hold charge, the light charge indicator is green however it no longer comes on. It is DOA. I held onto the documentation until April, which seems to be the only way to find them to contact them, then finally tossed it as I was really happy with the product. I hope they see this so they can tell me how to fix it."

How do I start ? This mop has so many pluses. It has two heads for double cleaning power. The dual scrubbers really get the stuck on dirt and grime off my floors. This mop also comes with extra mopping pads which saves money and time. I bought one a little over a month ago of a different brand but it didn’t do what I needed it to do. It was good but the handle not being versatile and letting back all the way prevented it from getting under heavy raised surfaces to clean. This one is amazing in the fact the handle completely reclines back to allow the mop to go completely under the furniture all the way to the back to clean. The well where you put the cleaning solution is very good size without being obvious and without making it excruciatingly heavy. The mop in itself is lightweight and easy to maneuver. The noise level is minimal so as not to disturb sleeping family members. The effectiveness is that of higher more expensive brands with a fraction of the cost. It’s built compact and is easy to take apart for easy storage. This is a well built mop with a great price tag. This would make a great gift for anyone especially a person who has health problems that prevent them from bending over or strenuous back and forth motions. All in all it’s functionally and effectiveness in cleaning is very good. Definitely worth getting.

Update: I’m very impressed with the customer service. I do think my first mop had a faulty battery and they did replace it. I have come to find this mop very useful for my engineered wood floors. Highly recommend using with method squirt mop solution for wood. Much easier than a regular mop. The self propel is much easier to manage if the handle is in the lowest setting, i e gotten used to it and it’s easier to manage now. I hope it holds up well, and again the customer service team addressed my issues right away so I feel confident they do care about the quality of the product and will work to make it right. Meh. It is easier than a regular mop. The self propelling is a little wild. Also the battery is very short lasting. Pretty much have to charge it after mopping one room. The headlight is nice. Probably wouldn’t buy again, doubt it will hold up for very long based on the two times I’ve used it

This mob worked for two months and it has now stopped charging. It is red doesn’t work. The mop pads are OK but not great and the mop does not press super hard on the ground so therefore it just glides over top of the mess not very excited about this purchase.

Love this product. Makes cleaning my prefinished hardwood floors super easy.

So far so good. It has a pretty good pull for being light weight , being handicapped i sit on stool to mop. Update i don't use this as basically it would be better as buffer but not mop

Used few times and broke. Throw away already. Done with those cheap electric mop.

The spin mop is great. Does an excellent job cleaning my tile floors. I can’t believe how much dirt it picks up from what I thought were clean floors. The only negative thing about it is the part of the handle made of plastic. It cracked right at the joint. I contacted the company and they immediately replaced the entire thing. I really appreciate their quick response to this problem. To me it demonstrates a responsible company. I would recommend products from this company because of this. To the company i would recommend that you strengthen this area of the handle.
