My favorite! So yummy I use coconut milk and yogurt with it.

It mixed ok but didn't taste as well as the premier Protein whey powder. Ka'Chava has an unusual taste so I had to mix things with it to taste better.

Tastes really bad compared to Flav City. Tried it because I thought it is healthier, but that isn’t a benefit when it tastes bad AND is expensive.

So it tastes fine but does not mix well even in the blender it comes out lumpy.
