This heating pad is exactly like ones I've purchased from two other brand names. That said, it's a good one. With 6 different heat setting options, it has a good range, depending on my current need. I use heating pads quite a bit, and this is a favorite. The option to be able to disable the auto-off feature is the main reason for purchasing this one (under any of the company brands it is sold under). Unlike a similar heating brand from a different, popular brand, this one (and any others with the exact same controller as this one), the controllers for these have never melted on me -- a big plus. The extra-large size is another reason I use these pads over others. Although it has nothing to do with the function of the pad itself, these pads sold under Tizio come in fun colors. Nothing says one's heating pad should look boring. I plan on getting the pink one soon as a backup and/or just to switch between the two to match my outfits. :) Just a side note, at times, if the auto-off is disabled, it seems the heat level goes down a bit. This may or may not be a built-in safety feature, or it could just be my body getting used to the heat level (which is why I won't take a star away). Either way, turning it off for a few minutes and turning it back on will set the heat back to what it should be for whatever level you desire/need. I have found this to be the case, no matter which brand name it's sold under.

I just got this product and may I say I am crazy about this heating pad and the color makes it even better. I love the color selection they offer and I chose the purple one which happens to be very pretty. I like how it heats up really quickly. I also like the fact that it has a soft fabric which makes it even more comfortable, and it’s big enough to warm up painful body parts. The best part of it, is that it has an automatic shut off so there is no worry about turning it off at night. I say it’s worth the price and I highly recommend it. Ps. It’s that perfect that I need to get myself another one because my grandma takes it over it.

I purchased 2 heating pads, similar in design/fabric, just different sizes. This one is great! It heats up quickly, does not lose it's shape, and just works out great for the back. It gets toasty quick. I have to turn both them on low because they can get pretty hot. They automatically shut off too, so that feature is nice.

We are very happy with the product so far. It's a bit bizarre and puzzling why previous reviewers decided to comment mostly about liking the purple color (yeah, it's nice but c'mon, who cares?!), when there are so many more important features and benefits to cite. First, it IS actually a bit bigger (longer) than many cheaper heating pads. Secondly, there are six heat settings (double the usual three on many other models) and you can definitely feel the difference between settings. It heats up very quickly too. The electrical cord is longer than on many other pads and also it is detachable. In addition, the control is located close to the pad ... easy to reach. On the control, there are buttons to select either the "stay on" mode or an automatic shut-off after two hours, which is also convenient and an LED light tells you which mode is active. The pad is machine washable -- nice. The instructions are thorough and easy to understand. So there is a lot to like about the product, it is very well-designed, and as long as it keeps working great for a considerable length of time, we will be very happy with it. We bought two ... a his and hers.

First off I would like to say I do like this heating pad it is a very beautiful color purple. It has 6 heat settings the only thing that I do not like is that you can turn off the two-hour timer that shuts it off automatically and that can lead to you accidentally getting burned I have not been burned by this heating pad but I don't believe you should be able to turn off the auto shut-off timer so if you are prone to falling asleep on your heating pad I would not recommend this heating pad for you use Extreme Caution if you turn off the timer shut off function

This is a really nice heating pad. It heats up quickly to a warm temperature. I tend to like my heating pad to be on the "very warm" side of the dial and this one definitely hits the "very" for me. I especially like the fabric covering the heating pad: It is a very thick plush fabric on one side and the other is a "flat" fabric. Both transfer the heat efficiently. I love the Purple colour! This heating pad helps reduce my back and leg pain. I enjoy being wrapped in my soft, thick,comfortable, plush, Warm Purple heating pad.

Out of all the heating pads I've owned in the last 10 years, this one lasted the shortest amount of time. I purchased it the end of April 2021 and by August it was dead. Like many of the other reviews the screen pops up with a F and stops turning on. I tried multiple plugs to see if it was the outlet, no change. I tried contacting customer support and after asking for my order details never heard from them again. This company seems to have many products with the same reviews, all stating faulty issues and no response when contacted. There are plenty of other companies who sell the same type of products in the same price range that will actually stand by their items and that last longer than 6 months.

It initially caught my eye because it's purple. I love purple... THEN I read it's description. I purchased this for post-surgery a few months ago. The plushy softness is so comforting. It's larger size is perfect for if you need to lay on it for back pain or lay across you for other pains. You can adjust to your specific heat level. You can turn it completely off or use auto shut off. So far it has performed very well for me and I love it.
