This Truffle slicer really performed for me. It was easy to set the proper thickness I was looking for and the blade is super sharp and produced clean slices of Truffle. This slicer is also impressive looking I got several compliments as I sliced Truffles for my guests. As a home cook I appreciate the positive comments! I highly recommend this Truffle slicer!

I bought this slicer while waiting to receive some truffles for a dinner and I couldn't have picked a better slicer. The adjustable blade cut the truffles to perfection and the blade is super sharp. I also love the fact that is made out of wood and it doesn't look cheap compared to other shavers. I definitively recommend it if you want to impress your guest. Can't wait to slice more truffles!

The item wasn’t in working conditions. Thanks to Amazon I was able to get a refund, because the seller didn’t accept returns due to “health safety”: even without using it.

Was lucky enough to have tried this slicer with some great truffles. What can I say? Did a great job and I love the wood feel and look when in use. The blade is easily adjustable and always makes a perfect cut. Recommended for the people that want a great tool with great truffles.

I saw an ad for this in a cooking magazine and looked it up on Amazon. Since I am in a race to have the most kitchen gadgets I ordered this. I have only used it for garlic slices. I guess from looking at it you can change the blade opening size, but I am not interested in using it for anything else. Cooking is a hobby so the garlic gets whipped out and peeled all the time, frequently sliced with a knife on a cutting board. But THIS gadget not only does all of this slicing rapidly, but the slices are perfect for searing to delicious crisp pieces to add to all sorts of foods. Two cautions: be careful, it would be easy to add part of a finger or thumb to those slices, and it is a little bit of a hassle to get completely clean, but I still rate it an overall 5.
