I have 5 of the various versions of the Optiplex family...3 data servers, my main desktop, and my workshop computer. Great value, well-made, flexible configurations, well-known and supported by aftermarket and users like me.

This is a nice system for the price, and included mouse, keyboard, and wifi usb adapter. It's a well reviewed system and everything was new in the box. More than happy with the setup. The only thing I didn't like was that the seller was non-responsive to a question I asked, but the price for what I got was worth the 5 stars.

Good Startup. Does not have Bluetooth. Should have gotten the 2Tb SS drive. Installed the hard drive from the old pc since all the wiring connections were there. Separate issue: I give PC Mover software a 1.5 star cause it did not meet my expectations for transferring the applications to the new pc.

Working good so far. I got it to switch from my slow W10 to this much faster W11.

This is probably the best desktop pc I've ever owned. However, it would have nice if the fact that it contained no bluetooth hardware was clearly documented. I spent two hours trying to get this feature to work before I found out that you would have to add a USB dongle to make it work. Fortiunately this item only costs about $10 from Amazon and just requires inserting in an open USB slot.

The worst. Lost all ability to connect to the internet after 3 days. Spent 6+ hours on tech support with Microsoft and 2+ hours with Dell. They told me the unit was originally configured for another part of the world. Returned this piece of garbage. No third party computers ever again.

TLDR: I would recommend this computer itself if you know what you are getting, but do NOT buy from this listing!! Pros: Computer is compact in size and very fast, which is great! I use it at work and it has been able to handle various tasks well. Cons: It does not come integrated with Bluetooth! I (naively) assumed it would as a new computer in 2025, but alas, I needed to purchase an additional bluetooth connector. But the bigger issue is that 5 months after purchasing this (what I thought was new) computer from Dell, I showed up to work and it was frozen on a "firmware update" screen. I thought this was odd since it was a new computer and should have had updated firmware, but alas. After troubleshooting myself and on the phone with Dell support for over 2 hours and a trip to the office supply store, we finally got it updated correctly after I had to purchase a USB hard drive and switch to a wired keyboard and mouse. The sweet Dell support tech informed me that even though I thought I bought this from Dell, it actually came from a third-party who purchased it directly then installed after-market, third-party parts inside of it. This negates the Dell warranty and caused significant firmware issues that crashed my computer multiple times. I am so thankful I was able to recover it, but the tech said that if not done correctly, this process can fry the motherboard/ brick the computer and require a replacement. YIKES. After spending $800 on what I believed to be a new computer then having to deal with a disrupted work day and potential total loss of the computer, I would absolutely not recommend purchasing from this seller... buy it directly!

Ya llevo tiempo con ella y la verdad funciona excelente no se sibreecalienta. La ocupo para trabajos escolares de postgrado y todo excelente hasta ahorita no he tenido problemas con programas

Se calienta horrible al cargar tengo 3 meses con ella y ya no sirven las teclas de funcionamiento, ahora todo el tiempo esta caliente no solo al cargar, pésima experiencia.

Me llegó en excelentes condiciones, tenía descuento y a mi hijo le sirve mucho para la escuela
