**Q: What is the expiration date?**
A: look just beneath the blue cap and on the bottle you will see the Lot # and the EXP date.  It's usually 18-24 mths from when you purchased the product.  Doxylamine is a stable compound.  I'd just add that antihistamines can have cardiovascular side effects--so 
if you use a lot of this product or something like benadryl, probably worthwhile to touch base with your doctor.

**Q: What is the expiration date ?**
A: The ones I purchased in July of 2020 have an expiration date of 05/2022. So I would say about 2 years

**Q: Is this gluten free**
A: Yes it is gluten free. The packaging reads "this product does not contain gluten"

**Q: Do you get 2 or 4 bottles? Ad picture shows 4 bottles.**
A: You will 2 bottles. Pack of 2 means two bottles in this case. Each bottle contains 96 tablets meaning total of 192 tablets in this case.

I use these every night. I used to use Melatonin which gave me crazy nightmares. My friend’s doctor recommended these to her as non addictive and she in turn recommended them to me. Really helps me get a good nights sleep. I usually take about 2 hours before I want to be asleep.
