Solid peptide combination
Having a combination of BPC 157 & TB 500 is super convenient & increases recovery potential for injuries. I’ll buy again.

Expensive - but seem to work
Was concerned about the viability of these peptides being in tablet form, however they seem to work well. Alleviated tweaks and pains from training within a couple of days of use.

Satisfied with BPC
I’ve been taking the BPC tablets from Samual's Health recently and have noticed steady improvements in my recovery and general well-being. The tablets are easy to swallow and didn’t cause any side effects, which I appreciate. The packaging was secure, and delivery was prompt. While I wish the instructions were a bit more detailed, the overall quality of the product seems very good. I’ll continue using it and would recommend it to others looking for natural support for healing and recovery."

GREAT RECOVERY
I’ve been using BPC-157 and TB-500 together for about six weeks now, and honestly, the results have blown me away. I went in skeptical, but this combo really does live up to the hype when it comes to recovery and healing. I originally bought these peptides after dealing with a nagging shoulder injury that just wouldn’t go away no matter how much rest or rehab I did. Within two weeks of starting the BPC/TB500 stack, I noticed a huge difference — the pain had gone down dramatically, and my range of motion improved faster than I expected. By week four, I was back in the gym lifting nearly at my pre-injury level. 💪 What I Noticed: Faster recovery: Muscle soreness that used to last 3–4 days now goes away in one. Better flexibility and mobility: My joints feel smoother and less stiff. Reduced inflammation: That constant ache or tightness after workouts is pretty much gone. Improved overall well-being: I even noticed better sleep and energy levels, which I didn’t expect.

Didn't do much for me
I'm a 46 year old male martial artist who recently took up BJJ. I've now reached such a critical mass of injuries that I thought it would be worth trying this peptide combo which claims to boost recovery. I've not tried any other peptides so I had no idea what to expect. I've got a fairly broad history of sporting injuries and a decent knowledge of recovery times so I thought I'd approach this as analytically as possible. At the start I wrote down all my injuries (some niggles, some show-stoppers). I took two pills each night before bed for a month. I probably wasn't as fasted as I should have been but hey, multiple puddings make the world keep turning. So... the results: - Hip soft tissue tear: this did heal up over the month, but I would have expected it too in that time. Neutral - Lower Back Muscular Pain: I get this a lot, and it probably didn't help that I was trying to stretch my hamstrings while I was off training, but I got no improvement here at all. I would normally have expected things to improve so kinda weird. Call that one a Fail - Neck stiff sore: Someone dropped me on my head (not my mum) two weeks before I started this trial and my neck wouldn't move much. The first two weeks before peptides saw very little improvement. Now after a month of peptides I've got pretty much full range of motion back. Let's give the peptides the benefit of the doubt: Win - Knee ligaments: about two months before this trial I got a Grade 1 (or maybe 2) LCL tear (knee ligament). I was careful, I did physio, it did not heal much. After one month of peptides it feels pretty good. I still know its been injured and it is weak, but I can wrestle again without fear. But it's been 3 months since I injured it. That's twice the usual healing time of 6 weeks (although I am a bit older). So did the peptides work?... Maybe - Big toes - I had an operation 6 months back to remove arthritis from my big toe. It worked, I healed, but the ligaments under the toe don't like being free to move again, they hurt and don't stretch. Peptides didn't help at all. Fail - Crushed Index Finger: a fatty knelt on my finger 2 months ago. It crunched a lot, hurts plenty, but wasn't broken (x-rayed). I have been trying to mobilise it since, but it is still just as stiff and painful as before. Peptide Fail - Broken hand bone: again about 2 months ago I broke a bone in the back of my other hand (capitate bone). I'm bored of whinging about injuries now... but that one is still pretty broken too. So no miracle cure there. So other than taking up knitting, my conclusion is that these peptides give no discernible benefit, and certainly no miracle cure. I'm going to wait until my next bumper crop of injuries and try the injectable version.
