Item appears very cheaply made. The lycra fabric is very slippery and worsens the already poor fit by allowing it the slip around on your head. The size is marked medium, I didn't see any options for size. It is very small. There are no instructions

This product gently lifts and supports your jaw, so your mouth easily remains completely closed all night. With tape, your jaw still remains slack and your tongue is not resting at the top of your mouth as it should. This product is soft and comfortable; does not interfere with sleep.

This is a $1 quality TEMU piece of junk. It's very, very small and would not even go on my XL size head, but also was too tight on my wife. It's a cheap product and arrived in a teeny tiny bag with zero instructions. I could hardly wait to return this very overpriced junk. Luckily, I bought two of these, so I hope the next one is better.

Could just be my head I guess but I cannot keep it on, it's like a rubber band flying off every time I try. IF it would stay put it would be extremely comfortable, soft fabric, velcro closures to fit to your head. I returned it, very disappointed it didn't work for me.
