A must. Works like a charm.
Bought this bottle originally from Tuesday Morning and used for a few years before I dropped it. Repurchased from Amazon, cause once you get used to using it, it's hard to cook without. I love that it's glass - although fragile, much better than plastic, just gotta be mindful and careful. If the mist becomes stream, it means you need to clean it- oil clogs things over time- just emty the bottle and put warm water with dish soap/ lemon juice in it and spray until the hole is clear again and stream becomes mist again. Yes, the bottle does get slippery when you fill it and don't clean the bottle after- but it does not leak. All the issues mentioned in these reviews can be troubleshooted with cleaning. Great for frilling meat, salads, ovenbaked veggies and crepes/quesadillas (spray the pancake/tortilla's top side before flipping- gets the oil where you need it!) ((I use olive oil)) You need this.

Worked Once, Now only good for the landfill
Cleaned with water. Mister worked with water and diffused when spayed. Filled with oil and a single stream emitted. Tried again, and it no longer produces any stream. Cleaned and it no longer works at all. Tried returning but Amazon says NO. No support given by manufacturer. To others looking to use this product, avoid at all costs. It's now being sent to a landfill as there are no parts to be ordered for replacement or to fix. Literally a waste of money.

Might not work for everyone but I love it
I've been using this sprayer 2-3 times a week since purchase 8 months ago and love it. I note some people reporting issues with constant cleaning or failing to spray/mist producing only a stream after a short time. My experience has been that the harder one presses the button, the finer the mist. This is especially the case after it's been sitting between uses. Taking all of the above into consideration, this might not be the best choice for someone not able to press down forcefully on the button. I note some similar products which trigger-life controls...this might be a better choice if your fingers aren't strong. I very much like the design and functionality. I used to keep Olive Oil Pam on hand but no longer need it...there must be a cost savings in this somewhere. Also, the compact size is nice. The design is attractive, reminiscent of a nice cologne bottle. It sits on my counter always.

Finally, an oil mister that actually mists
I've purchased several refillable oil misters before this one and they typically had issues actually producing a mist instead of a splatter of large drops. This one actually works great, only takes one or two pumps to coat a pan, and does so evenly. The glass feels study and I appreciate that it's not got a plastic bottle. You will need a funnel to fill it.

Like virtually all Cuisinart products, this sprayer is excellent! (See below 5-star review changed to 3-stars)
It's a big improvement over the pump-spray variety of mister, for at least two reasons. 1 - You are ready to go immediately, you don't have to pump it. Often when cooking you need to keep things moving, it's not convenient to have to take a break to pump up your oil mister. 2- More importantly, the pump misters aren't very durable, I've gone through several of them. The stress caused by pumping them (you need a lot of pressure) eventually leads to failure of the piston or some other part. I do love it. I may buy a second one so I can keep two kinds of oil handy. I'd put extra-virgin olive oil in one and high-heat canola in the other. EDITED: 2 weeks after I got it and 1 day after I wrote the above 5-star review (and I ordered a second one as described above), it broke after falling 6 inches onto a tile floor. A 6-inch fall was enough to break the top off at the glass neck. So, durability is very poor. Good thing I ordered a second one. I'm removing 2 stars. Cuisinart: MAKE IT STRONGER OR GIVE IT SOME PROTECTION! A silicone outer-sleeve would be just right.

Culinary Mister
It appears to be and feels like a high quality mister. The jar is glass and the pump sprayer has a good feel and strong pump. So far it works well and delivers a nice mist. The negatives I observe with this mister are: 1) The glass bottle opening is small. Making it hard to put oil into the bottle without spilling some. 2) With the opening being so small, it will be hard to properly clean and dry the bottle between refills.

Nicely Made
Really like the size and look of this oil spritzer. You can get a spray or a stream depending on how you press the "button". Easy to wash and to fill. I use it a lot to spray veggies I am going to roast and when I am sauteing in a skillet. Fits nicely in my hand and is made well. Much easier to control how much oil you use.

Did not like
I wanted to love it but the oil came out in a strong straight stream instead of a wide spray, and it splashes all over. There is nothing on it to change the output setting, so I reluctantly returned it. It's a good looking item and I liked that it was glass, but the oil just didn't come out right for me.
