UltraHD Wall Storage Cabinet - 24x12x28

I have several of the larger version of this cabinet in my barn workshop. I wanted to place another one in the bathroom but the cabinet being 36 inches wide was too big. This cabinet which is 24 inches wide worked perfectly in the location and matches the other ones just right. The cabinet comes in a surprisingly small box and all of the parts are really well packed in Styrofoam to protect them from dents during shipping. Putting it together was easy and probably took 30 minutes or so using the screwdriver that came in the box. One area that I think could be improved are the brackets that mount the cabinet to the wall. The wall studs in my chosen location were not in the right spot to match the holes in the brackets. They are on 16 inch centers but where I wanted to place the cabinet they would not line up with the existing holes so I had to measure and drill four new holes in each bracket before I screwed them to the wall. If the brackets had more holes it would make placing the cabinet easier in some cases. Otherwise they are very strong and work just fine. Being able to install the door to swing either direction is a nice feature.

This cabinet is great. It was packed very well, and every piece needed to put it together was in the box, including the magnetic screwdriver! It is very well made, is quite solid, and it is going to be hard for the bugs to get inside! You have the option to hinge the door on either the right or the left side. All of the screws fit into preset threaded insets, so unless you are an idiot, it can't be assembled incorrectly. I really like the way it is designed to mount on the wall, it comes with mounting brackets that are screwed to the wall, and the cabinet hangs on the brackets. The powdercoated finish is attractive and hopefully will stand up to the extremes of environment in my barn tack room. Time will tell... I think that this cabinet is well worth the money, and if I should need another, I will definitely by this brand again.

After receiving and assembling this cabinet, I am very impressed with it. For the price, this is a very well designed and built cabinet that fit my needs perfectly. Assembly is a bit tedious with 41 screws to install, but it goes together quickly and easily. Once together it is quite sturdy without being heavy and looks great. And I like that it's made in the USA. Nit picks: The screw heads on the back of the cabinet will scratch your wall when you mount the cabinet onto the brackets. I used a file to clean any burrs off of the screws from screwdriver slips, but it's still the screw heads that bear against the wall. It only comes with one shelf. I found I had enough height inside to accommodate another shelf. Fortunately you can order parts from the Seville Classics website, and an additional shelf with mounting clips is only $20. Speaking of the Seville Classics website, you can order this same product there for the same price and they have the full selection of their products available. Had I known that I might have ordered the 24" tall cabinet from them rather than this 28" tall cabinet that barely fit in the space I had.

I use this over my gun safe to secure range magazines and hand loaded ammunition. This frees up room in my safe for more high dollar items. It is pretty sturdy when mounted but does flex a little if it is not. Easy to put together and does the job, i.e. keep the kids out. Lets be realistic, if a burglar wants into this they are getting into it. I'd imagine it'd pry with moderate effort and I picked the lock pretty quickly with a small tension bar and C-rake. But lets be realistic, thieves don't pick locks anymore, they smash and grab. Nonetheless, a great cabinet to secure goodies that need to be kept away from kids and other law abiding visitors.

I shopped around a lot before deciding on this cabinet and the stand up roll arounds that match. I can fairly say by comparing with what is available through big box stores, these are head and shoulders above the rest. They are very well built with machine screw sockets built in so that there are no nuts for the machine screws. I put together three tall rolling cabinets and two wall cabinets, and didn't find one manufacturing fault!!! The wall mount for these cabinets is very secure and a breeze to install. When loaded up with stuff, the cabinets do not sag or rack at all, and look good to boot. The shiny doors do mark with finger prints but are easy to wipe clean.

I have no problem with the cabinet. It was easy to assemble and hang, and it looks great. However, the seller's service was a problem. I ordered the cabinet on July 5 and didn't receive it until July 27. After several contacts with the seller they finally said they would trace the shipment, and that could take 8-10 days. Fortunately, the cabinet arrived several days after I was told this. Had I looked a bit more before ordering the cabinet, I could have gotten it from Sam's Club in 6 days or less, and it would have cost $25 less. After telling this to the seller, had they offered to match the price, my attitude toward them, and this review, would have been much better.

Loved this purchase

These really helped organize all the clutter in the garage and look fantastic. All my neighbors are impressed and one even purchased the same. They do require moderate assembly but it is worth it.

Based on other reviews I ordered 3 of these cabinets. CAD $113 each. If I needed more storage cabinets I would buy more of these. They are an excellent value, assembly instructions really easy to follow. Just don't even bother with crappy MDF/fibreboard cabinets, these cost about the same but will last you far longer. The package even includes a screwdriver, so you can assemble the cabinet even if you don't have any tools. The cabinet comes with one adjustable shelf that's just as solid as the rest of the unit. I recommend that you have the following available when you assemble: a carpenter's square and 5 x #10 lock washers. I found it was easier to get the cabinets exactly square by assembling the frame loose (install but don't completely tighten the screws), then squaring and tightening screws one segment at a time. Lock washers are for the 5 door screws; after some usage, the door will inevitably drop and start scraping on the cabinet. Lock washers will prevent that.

Very happy with this purchase. I got two and hung them on the wall beside each other. Being able to flip the doors made these perfect for my needs. I was making a liquor cabinet for over a bar. Easy to assemble and easy to hang on the wall. And they look good.

Product was well built. I was worried at first, most of these don't have back or they are particle board. This has a steel backing seems fairly solid unit.
