what is the minimum wind speed needed to fly the B3 ?

about 10mph for minimum wind speed

This alaready came with the board to put ur feet? Whatever size fit great in it?

Hi, This kite does not come with the board. The kite is designed for training without a board.

Will this work for snow-kiting?

I have used this kite for snow kiting in high winds on a flat surface, such as a frozen lake. It is not ideal though. The Ozone hyperlink is a great snow kite though. It can be purchased at our website here: https://www.jupiterkiteboarding.com/store/ozone-hyperlink-v1-p-6810.html Thanks, -Kirk @ JKB
