These arrived as described and sealed. Instructions very small to read on label, but the english ones are inside the peeled lable first items in.Tablets are extremely small, so should be easy to take, keep out of reach of children and pets. I brought this because I needed some zinc and this type of zinc is in my usual multivitiamin as a more bioavailable form.

Very good quality capsules, absolutely no complaints in that respect but I found them to be slightly bulky for myself. May be fine to swallow for others. I have persevered though, and getting on fine with them now. Just take with a good glass of water.
