Don't Waste Your Money on This Asus Motherboard !!!
One of the worst motherboards that I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing. The main issue (there were several) is that no matter which USB port that used, it would not connect permanently to a Logitech BRIO 4K webcam. It would initially connect long enough for Windows Hello to work then drop the connection. You will pull the USB plug out and plug it back in and it would work for a minute or two then drop out again. Everything was tried to fault find. Changing power settings in Device Mgr root USB hubs, reinstalling Windows, ensuring it had the latest drivers for chipsets, USB etc, the latest BIOS - you name it. Ended up logging a case with Asus tech support. About as useful as a hip pocket on a singlet! Every time they replied, it was "check that you have the latest drivers and BIOS". 4 times this response was received and I had to become firmer in stating that something needs to be done to resolve the issue. All I got back was a suggestion that I contact the point of purchase to see if they can do anything. I sure did. Purchased a Gigabyte Aorus X870I and I could not be happier. EVERYTHING worked perfectly 1st time installation. I will never recommend or purchase an Asus product ever again. The products are poor quality and their support matches the products. Buyer beware !!!!!!
