With the bladder to the full line I personally find them a bit to heavy to be comfortable in our industry which involves going up and down ladders on roofs etc, but filled about 2/3rds of the way I find the weight better and more comfortable. So far very few complaints, as I type this Im wearing it it's about 95 degrees I started the day with a frozen bladder and I'm going on about 2 1/2 hours. We purchased one for everyone on my crew and everyone seems to like them.
