The taste and quality of this product is incredible. Absolutely addictive. Unfortunately, when you open the bag expecting chocolate-covered nuts, you find a brick that is hard to break apart without a hammer. Seriously. So, hammer I did and now I have some shards to snack on but I also have a mess every time I eat them because the chocolate is just kind of powders everywhere. The seller took the effort to pack my product in ice to keep it stable (from melting) but the slow shipping speed negated this effort. The icepacks were melted and the chocolate and nuts fused. I've ordered twice and this happened both times. I will try again in the dead of winter to see if this solves the problem.

I really enjoy this organic snack. I look for sales, as it's expensive, but they are very enjoyable. Beats the grocery store confection covered chocolate almonds... these are an amazing product...

The product itself is amazing. The problem is, each bag is one large clump of chocolate covered almonds! Seems they melted somewhere along the way and now to eat them I need to break each almond out of this clump. Maybe buy them locally instead of having them delivered?!

1 box of the HU Hunks were just a hard block. I can't use them at all. This was for a NBA team. It seems that they melted and cooled as a block. They even are discolored. The whole box is this way. Now I don't have any time to get another box....... Disappointing. I know things happen but it should have been caught before shipping to me. I don't think that I can get reimbursed for it either and they are expensive.

I like these chocolate covered nuts but not when I have been sent 6 bags that expired more than a month ago!! UPDATE…HU has contacted me and apologized for the outdated product, they also offered a full refund. I hope this doesn’t happen again because I really enjoy the product.
