Outstanding tallow! Use it to pour over my smoked brisket when I wrap it to rest. Makes it really moist and juicy.

Makes everything taste so much better!! My husband loves when I cook with it. Flavor and consistency are excellent. I even use it when cooking for my 15 yr old dog who is extremely picky about food. I did try another brand but it was not as good quality and taste as the Chicago brand. We are hooked!

I didn’t cook with this so I’m not sure of the taste but the texture was super smooth. The only reason for the 4 stars is the slight scent. In soap you couldn’t smell it but when used in lotions or oils I did have to include a scent so I wasn’t walking around smelling like a hamburger lol.

This is great for cooking. You can also apply it to dry skin; it's very good.
