This Works Great for Me - No More Ambien CR
For years I was taking Ambien CR prescribed by my doctor. Over time I developed a resistance to it and I started taking more than the prescribed dose. I grew tired of this and felt like I was becoming addicted, so I called my doctor and asked him if I could just stop taking it cold turkey. He said yes, but I might not sleep for several nights. So I stopped using it cold turkey. I then started a quest to find something natural that would help me sleep as I seem to have insomnia most of the time. I had exhausted my search and just resigned myself to taking 4 or 5 times the prescribed amount of OTC medications to get to sleep. Then I read an article about this product and figured why not give it a try. It works great! I'm actually sleeping again and not waking up every 3 hours. So this product is working great for me. I still make myself a sleepy tea before bed, then I take 3-4 of these about an hour before bedtime. I've been able to sleep 7 hours straight (unless the dog wakes me up) and I'm getting back into a regular sleep schedule. I hope it continues.

GREAT - ON A FEW DIFFERENT LEVELS!
It was very highly recommended by some medical websites as the "best" OTC sleep aid on the market. I believe their findings. I take 4 at bedtime and I do go to sleep. I will issue one warning; if you use a CPAP machine, you will wake up with 'cotton mouth'. The combination just drys out all your sinuses, and your mouth. I love the product and use it every night. Since I have chronic allergies (to ANYTHING outside, trees, grasses...) I'm kind of used to being either totally stuffed up, or drier than west Texas. I'll take the dryer please.

Best over the counter sleep aide that works!
I have tried so many sleeping aide products, none have worked, I didn't want to get a prescription strength because I have heard so many negative things about them. I have such a tough time going to sleep, this was the last product I was going to try, if it didn't work I was going to the doctor to get a prescription strength, because I'm tired of fighting with myself to fall asleep and tired of spending/wasting money on products and they don't work at all or make you feel hung over and exhausted when you wake up to start your day. This product is very effect, within 30 minutes I'm ready to fall asleep, I get a very restful sleep and never feel hungover at all. I will definitely recommend this product to anyone having trouble with their sleep.

I'm Happy with This
I was skeptical, but like this product. After some experimentation, I found two of the pills to be effective. It takes 1-2 hours to have an effect, but it does what it's supposed to do, and (for me) has no side effects.

Great product, great price
This is the only sleep medicine that works for me. I no longer have a Costco membership so the only way I can buy it is long line. This is a great deal thank you so much!

Sold as sleep aid, but it's great for colds/sinuses
Though this does work well as a sleep aid, it is an antihistamine. Next time you have a cold, try this. It's one of the best antihistamines on the market (though I tend to "layer" antihistamines). When the cold is in a bad stage, I use not only this but diphenhydramine and chlorpheniramine as well (both available here).
