Great product, for a great price & makes a difference. Even with a humidifier during winter months these are so beneficial. Both of mine worked. I recommend trying them right away to ensure in working condition (per reviews).. Uncertain if a replacement is available if non-working.

This product lubricated my frontal sinuses and my nasal passages. I no longer experience frontal sinus headache, which was debilitating at times. Thank God for this product.

I've been using this stuff for over a year now and as somebody that has issues with persistent allergies, its been a lifesaver. Of course, it isn't the only thing I use (considering its not a medication and only helps with flushing), but it certainly makes a difference. I haven't had any issues with the spray so far (like the function giving out before its empty). It helps a lot with clearing out my sinusways.

It takes some getting used too. The sprayer can be a little overwhelming. I didn't know if you had to spray it until it stopped or just a short spray. I guess whatever you prefer. But it was too much until i learned to just spray what i liked. It is very salty, not like the other brand I've been using. But when you use it correctly, it helps with dry sinus and sneezing i get with it. I bet i'll get even more relief the longer i use it and learn how it works best . But it is very easy to spray too much and get salt water dripping down your throat. Like i said, i am learning and it is helping, especially in winter with the heat on, drying me out.

This can of saline is like the little bottles of saline nasal spray on steroids. It really moisturizes well and helps to "melt" out dried up stuff.
