Well packaged and presented. Set up was extremely easy even for a non tech like myself. The qr code to the You Tube set up video is a great idea. Machine runs smooth and quiet and there are plenty of cooling vents around the case. I look forward to exploring it's capabilities.

The system arrived promptly and with the security seal unbroken so off to a good start. Unpacking it I found it to be well packed and secure so another good point. The case was very attractive and when removing the internal packing the build seemed well laid out and done well, excitement was building. Plugging in monitor, keyboard and mouse I switched on , booted up and Windows began installing, all looked good so I left it for a short while. When I came back it seemed to be stuck at %39 installed so I left it for another hour at which point it was still on %39 and I realised that the mouse and keyboard were no longer responding. Bottom line , after 4 attempts at installing with random freezes the furthest it got was almost registering the account before freezing again. Booting into BIOS showed no apparent problems. I built my first pc in 1988 ( a 286 with 20mb SCSI hard drive!) and have built many over the years but I'm now a 24/7 carer 365 days a year so have very little free time at irregular intervals and therefore bit the bullet and bought pre built for ease. It didn't pay off for me, hugely disappointed and now have to return it and wait for a refund before I try sourcing a pc which will actually work.

Sooo happy with this purchase, It's like I've just moved up ten levels on the hardest game ever. Smooth set up out of the box, the speed of this thing is crazy fast going to take some getting used to. I asked a couple of questions from the vendor and got prompt & helpful answers. Delivery, dispatch & packaging 10/10 Customer service 11/10...Thankyou to the gang at Cyber Power, It's been an absolute pleasure.

saw some iffy reviews, wasnt really sure what to trust. but yeah, if you're gonna buy this pc.. literally just buy it from cyberpower directly or make something similar. my pc came and i was excited since this one is like 700% faster than my current pc, setup my new 2nd monitor, posted up all my pop figures, did all my cable management and finally, the moment of truth.. i turned on my pc! lights on and looking pretty for all of maybe 3, if not 2 seconds? yeah, unbelivable. i literally was not able to turn it on at all again after that, i would just be extremely careful testing your luck with this pc because it feels like a 50/50% chance ur actually gonna get one that works and im not willing to try that again

Bought it recently for my elder son. Very well packed and shipped promptly. Built as advertised. My son is very happy with the set up. Led changing colour. Overall a reliable pc. Comes ready out of the box
