I've only used the product for a day but it has stopped the itch I've had in my foot. The previous product I used would take a week too stop it. EVEN the odor when you open the jar is STRING and earthy. I'll update if needed but so far I'm happy.

So far, so good. I just take 1 a day with my probiotic. I try to focus on gut health and liver health due to not having a gallbladder for going on 22 years now. I do feel this product is effective in keep my liver in good shape. I rarely have a drop in energy levels and don't feel like slug is building up. This supplement is easy to swallow, a great value, and I have no experienced any side effects. Fabulous!

Cannot really rate it have only been taking it for about five days. There has been no stomach upset or any other side effects however, I have not seen any positive effects.
