Amazing camera for the price, very easy to use customer service is great.

My best advice: Read my honest, real-world review, then make your decision.
I only give 1 star because the live-view works but its riddled with issues. This would be a great dashcam if the subscription cost wasn't so ridiculously high for what little data you get. There's so much wrong here that needs to be made clear. The Remote-View option is great. It's the whole reason to purchase this dashcam, but you can't use it without constantly worrying about going over your tiny allotted data amount. The most they give you is 2 gigabytes for $21.99 a month. The minimum should be 6 gigs a month for that amount of money. If you view your dashcam video thru Remote-View for a few minutes a few times a week, it will use up about 300 MBs of your data each time. Even more if you're running both cameras. You are practically guaranteed to run out of data before the month is out and have to purchase an extra 1 gig for $6. That's about $28 a month or over $300 a year for just 3 gigs. That's 3x more than the cost of the dashcam itself every year. That's equal to my entire home internet bill with unlimited data! Even a $25 Walmart unlimited cellphone bill costs less than this. You could choose not to use the Remote-View option, but that would totally defeat the entire purpose of buying this type of dashcam. THE OTHER PROBLEM IS, once you pick a subscription, you're stuck with it. You can't go back and change it without some kind of penalty. I tried to cancel my subscription and try a different one, and it said if I cancel my subscription for any reason, the price might go up! THE OTHER PROBLEM IS that the SIM card is a built-in AT&T card that is not removable, and it only operates out of AT&T located in Hong Kong. That's who you pay your subscription bill to. Good luck getting support from an AT&T in Hong Kong. I called customer service number. The guy sounded like he was in bed. He said he would have tech support call me back tomorrow (probably just to get off the phone and go back to bed). They never called me back. THE OTHER PROBLEM IS, You can't get the wireless data service from any local provider. The SIM card may be hardwired intentionally for that reason. So I'm not sure if it's possible to open the dashcam up to replace the SIM with a T-Mobile SIM card but I called T-Mobile and a local AT&T provider, and they both had no idea what kind of service to apply to this dashcam or how to access it. THE OTHER PROBLEM IS that the signal is always weak. Even though it says 4k on the screen, it constantly drops the signal even when the car is parked next to a cellphone tower. You're lucky to get 1 to 3 minutes before it loses the signal, and you have to reestablish the connection. THE OTHER PROBLEM IS that the parking mode only records for 24 hours after the car is turned off, even with a full charged battery. There's no option to continue recording until the battery drains to 11.9 or 12 volts. There is no option for motion activated recording. Only time-lapsed while in parking mode. There's no high-speed playback function. No precise fast-forward or rewind. THE OTHER PROBLEM IS that you can't set the clock manually. You can't lock the clock to your own timezone. There is no night vision, or it's so weak that it's nonexistent. THE OTHER PROBLEM IS the window mount is not universal. It's only made for slanted or raked windshields. So, I had to make my own windshield mount because the windshield in my Freightliner FLD120 truck is completely vertical (see picture). THE OTHER PROBLEM IS if you run out of data, and it disconnects the service. You can't reestablish tbe connection remotely even if you pay them for another month. They will accept the payment the service will not automatically reconnect. You'll have to go to the car and physically reset the dashcam in order to reestablish the live view feed. My suggestion to the manufacturer: Go back to the drawing board. Add a 3rd or 4th camera for 360° coverage. Tripple the monthly allotted gigabytes and keep it at the same price point. Install a stronger antenna to reduce lost connections. Allow the clock to be manually set to a time zone. Add real night vision capabilities. Make the mount more universal. Allow the parking mode to only cut off based on set vehicle input voltage. Add motion detection. Fix the intercom function. It has never worked properly.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!
This dash cam does it all!!! I have spent probably probably $1000 trying to find dash cams to do what I need them to do and I finally found it in this one. I was hit by an uninsured motorist who claimed injury so I wanted the best I’ve had this one installed for a couple days now and so far it does it all I would recommend it to anybody. It’s easy to install the apps easy to use. I give it a five stars out of five. Also, I had a couple issues during installation and the customer service got right back with me. They even sent me a free OBD cord so if you have trouble, just get with customer service and they will get back to you A+ organization all the way.

pretty good
Have to give an honest review. they work pretty dang good ! very much real time data, I wish they had ability to lock the devices via cloud or manual for my rental company. I would give a five star review however there is deff an app bug which causes the gps speed activity warning to not work

Very expensive data plan
The only issue I have with this is the price of the monthly service. There are 5 options to choose from. Option 1: 1GB of data for $5.99/month Option 2: 1GB of data for $12.99/month (subscription) Option 3: 1GB of data for $14.99 (one time purchase) Option 4: 2GB of data for $19.99/month (subscription) Option 5: 2GB of data for $21.99 (one time purchase) Options 2 thru 5 also offer 15 SOS text messages per month to someone in your contact list on the app, 30 days of cloud storage, and 30 days of trip report history. I find it very expensive for the amount of data you get. Not worth it if one video file is 500mb - 1gb, you’ve used your entire allotted data for the month.

Car camera
To be honest, this camera is good, but it is incredibly frustrating. I initially purchased a plan—which is supposed to remain active until the end of the month—but I haven't even had it for 15 days, and it has already stopped working. I then bought the $21 plan, and it *still* isn't working. I would like to contact customer support to get this resolved; I simply cannot keep wasting my money on something that doesn't work😩😩
