I finally decided I would treat myself to this bar when it was on offer and after having some initial reservations (I have way too much training kit that does not get used) I am pleased that I bough it. If you work out at home regularly then it is worth investing in a barbell like this as it really makes your workout more pleasant (if thats possible - you get my point I hope).
